Challenge: Develop an attractive and strategic direct mail campaign that will target call center staffing managers and educate them on Pathfinders’ staffing solutions.
Solution: We developed a concept based on Pathfinders’ unique and in-depth process of identifying the most qualified candidates to fill temp positions. The campaign featured a series of promising candidates holding up sign cards each with a phrase describing a personal strength. Below is a scratch off revealing the truth about that candidate—to either a positive or negative effect. The overall strategy is that Pathfinder digs deeper than its competitors saving you time and money from turnover.
Result: They have an interactive direct mail campaign that works hard in print, as well as, online and via email.
