Challenge: Kyle’s Treehouse was founded by Jeffrey and Jennifer Westphal, whose son, Kyle, was diagnosed with autism. While employed at Brownstein Group, Shaun created illustrations that were incorporated into an interactive online children’s book found on the Kyle’s Treehouse website. As Open Haus, we were asked to expand the brand and illustrations to develop an engaging, invitation for an autism fundraising event.

Solution: The “Build a Treehouse. Build a Dream.” concept was carried throughout by designing five perforated pieces that could be punched out, folded and connected to construct a three-dimensional event date reminder.

Result: Recipients not only received important information on the event but they had a whimsical reminder of their mission and keepsake of the brand.
