Who we are
Open Haus started in 2008 because Heather Hunt and Shaun Casper loved doing great creative work that made a real difference for organizations and people they believed in. We still do. Along the way, Heather stepped into fast growth agency leadership, spending nearly eight years building creative teams, implementing AI systems and EOS, and leading award-winning work in healthcare and pharma, while Shaun continued to grow Open Haus and his work as a designer, illustrator, and creative director. Today, we’ve brought those experiences back together, with a lot more perspective, and even more ways to help.
Heather sees the bigger opportunity. She’s spent 30+ years shaping brands, campaigns, and creative teams across healthcare, B2B, and consumer marketing. She brings the strategy, asks the questions, connects the dots, and has a habit of seeing what something could become.
Shaun is the maker. A designer, illustrator, and creative director with 25+ years of experience, he turns ideas into brands and experiences people can actually see, feel, and remember. He brings the craft, detail, and creative eye that make the thinking real.
