Synovetin OA animal health marketing campaign and veterinary brand creative

Exubrion Therapeutics / Synovetin OA

Challenge

Convincing veterinarians and pet owners to consider a new treatment is not a simple marketing task, especially when that treatment involves injecting radioactive particles into a dog’s joint. Exubrion Therapeutics, developer of Synovetin OA, had real clinical evidence on their side: a single injection that delivers up to a full year of relief from the inflammation that causes canine osteoarthritis, with no systemic side effects. The challenge was translating that science into marketing that educated veterinarians and emotionally connected with pet owners who love their dogs.

Solution

Open Haus became Exubrion’s full creative partner in building out the Synovetin OA brand, working across two very different audiences. For the veterinary channel, we developed clinical sales aids, anatomical diagrams, comparison charts, sell sheets, and large-format trade show displays that clearly and compellingly communicated efficacy and safety data. For the consumer-facing brand, we developed the ActiveDogNow.com digital presence and materials that led with the emotional truth: dogs deserve to live pain-free. In fall 2025, we art-directed Synovetin OA’s first regional television commercial for the Cleveland, OH, market, marking the brand’s evolution from a niche veterinary product to a consumer-recognized name.

Result

Open Haus helped transform Synovetin OA from an emerging treatment into one of the most recognized names in canine osteoarthritis care. The marketing infrastructure we built across print, digital, trade show, and broadcast channels supported a growing sales force and accelerated adoption among veterinary practices nationwide.
