We developed a concept based on Pathfinders’ unique and in-depth process of identifying the most qualified candidates to fill temp positions. The campaign featured a series of promising candidates holding up sign cards each with a phrase describing a personal strength. Below is a scratch off revealing the truth about that candidate—to either a positive or negative effect. The overall strategy is that Pathfinder digs deeper than its competitors saving you time and money from turnover.
